How does it work?

Following an in-company Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) training course at OBM Academy is an effective way to translate abstract organizational goals into concrete success on the workfloor. We want the learning experiences to align with your needs. That is why we dedicate time and attention to mapping this out carefully. To achieve this, we follow a number of logical steps. 

 

Advisory session

To achieve the desired result, we align expectations together beforehand. For example, which specific goals you want to achieve and when the training is considered successful for you and your team. As a strategy, OBM is broadly applicable. This means we can fully tailor the training to your desired goal. Topics may include: collaboration and communication, job satisfaction and employee engagement, performance improvement, safety and quality, compliance, customer focus, leadership, or cultural change. OBM also offers a perfect addition to existing working methodologies, such as Lean, Agile, and Scrum, where the application of positive behavioral change will deliver even greater results. 

 

The training course

You decide where and when the training takes place. We operate internationally and across multiple locations.  You can also opt for online training or a hybrid version that combines both online and offline learning. If you want to leave everything to us and have us arrange the venue and catering, that is also an option. The training is available in English or Dutch. Would you like a certificate of attendance upon completion, or are you aiming for the internationally recognized APMG certificate? Opting for no certifications is, of course, also an option. These are matters we determine before the training.
