Training Content
During this training, participants will be introduced to the principles of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and the crucial role of behavior in improving performance. You will learn about the three leadership pitfalls that occur when influencing behavior and how to turn them into an effective approach to positively influence behavior. We will cover topics such as the ABC model, functions of behavior, different influencing strategies, the functional behavior analysis, and the evidence-based OBM protocol.
Participants will practice applying the theory and the OBM protocol using real-life case studies. We will use cases from your workplace whenever possible to ensure practical training. The training consists of two sessions, with the first day part focused on discussing the theory of OBM, and the second day part dedicated to applying this theory to practical cases. The training is given by a highly experienced OBM trainer, certified by VU-University and APMG International. To maximize the effectiveness of this training, it will have a highly interactive character to ensure that the knowledge and skills gained will help you get the most out of your invested time.
