Intake interview
Prior to the training, we would like to schedule an intake interview with you to get acquainted, clarify your learning objectives, and discuss what you aim to achieve with Organizational Behavior Management within your team or (client) organization. This helps us understand what is important to you and how we can tailor the training to best meet your needs. It also ensures that you are better prepared for the training yourself. The intake interview will take place via MS Teams and will last approximately 30 minutes.

Exam
Once you attend the OBM Foundation Training, you will be prepared for the exam which will be conducted in class on the third day of training. The exam lasts for one hour and comprises 40 multiple-choice questions. To pass the exam, you need to have at least 28 correct answers. You will receive your results immediately after the exam. Upon passing, APMG International will give you a verifiable certificate and a digital badge that you can use to showcase your achievements on your online profile.

This ensures a high level of quality and international recognition for your certificate. Investment
The classroom variant consists of 3 full days (9.00h - 17.00h) at a central training location and is taught in Dutch.

Study load
In addition to the 3 days of training, you need time to study the literature and complete the exercises and quizzes in the Knowingo App. Generally, candidates spend about 4 to 5 hours on the Knowingo learning app.
How much time you spend studying the literature depends on how quickly you read and master the material.
